By checking the box "I accept that I am totally responsible for my health" I declare that I agree to disassociate the Cocrear Foundation from any responsibility, as well as any person or company associated with the organization of the Cululú River Cleanup, regardless of what could happen to my natural person during the activity. I acknowledge that the proper functioning of the optional material sold by the organization is the entire responsibility of its original manufacturer, whose proof of purchase may be made available to the public upon request by the participants.

My participation in the CLEANING OF THE CULULÚ RIVER activity is entirely voluntary, being the convening actor the Cocrear Foundation, which I acknowledge has all the recommended protection measures as well as those demanded by the local and Provincial authorities of the City of Rafaela and the Province of Santa Fe, respectively.
